Sorry...it's just hard to ignore the galactically stupid. Unfortunately, I missed the press conference today. But, personally I like Beilein's attitude! Amaker came with the intension of cleaning and rebuilding. Beilein wants to win and win now!

Correct toc!!! I do choose to ignore when I'm owned. That's why I find it hard to ignore you! My actual words were, "It's just hard to ignore the galactically stupid." With a tosu type of education, I can see where you may have once again missed the point! And I swear toc...you must be 12. You're comments are Junior Highish at best. We are all dumber for reading them. I award you no respect and may God have mercy on your soul.

Thx blue! I'm gonna go check that out!

Is it true that cannibals don't eat clowns because they taste funny?

Sorry all. Kinda got of the subject.

Beilein I think this is a good hire for Michigan, he can coach 'em up. The biggest question in my mind is whether the current roster is a good fit for his style.

Now that I think about it, I have another question about Beilein. I remember reading somewhere that he was having problems with his AD at WVU because he didn't think he was getting enough resources in comparison to the football team. I don't see how that situation improves for him at Michigan.

The biggest question in my mind is whether the current roster is a good fit for his style.

To say it is a Princeton style is almost correct. It is also part triangle and he likes to push the ball up the court. Its closest comparison (in the Big Ten) is Wisconsin because it will have four on the perimeter with the big man at the top of the key and a lot of cuts to the basket.

Shooters, slashers, and big men who can pass and shoot are what the offense needs. WVU shot more three's than two's last year, if that tells you anything. EDIT: stat is wrong. WVU made 10.4 3s last year, 2nd in the nation behind VMI. attempted 2011 fgs and 989 3s

I think that Harris and Legion would do well since they can both play the 2 or the 3 spot. I don't know how Smith or Grady fits. Deshaun Sims and Udoh can both shoot, but have never attempted many threes.

It's official. The 2007 UM vs. OSU football debates have begun. Have to admit though this is sounding very familiar to last year...

yeah but to be honest I have seen most of my UM faithful (besides about 3 on this site) saying we will be either 10-3 or 11-2 next year. I am one of those.

I mean I don't know how much argueing me and you will do this year. I honestly think we will lose to ND or PSU then either Wisconsin or OSU and either an easy midseason game to like Illinois or something or a bowl game.

I think 12-1 at the very very very very very very very best, more than likely 11-2 or 10-3

Bit o digression here, but anyone think this might help us get Rick Rodriguez next year when Carr retires? I think it could happen...man WVa would hate us.
