Guys guys guys!

Given how much time we spend predicting these outcomes, I thought it would be cool to have a sackcarr Tournament Pick'em!!!! So here is the info:

goto http://tournament.fantasysports.yahoo.com/men , you'll need a Yahoo ID to signup.

Use the 'Join a Group' option. Group ID is 140812, password is mgoblue.

Make your bracket using your sackcarr ID (its only fun and fair this way), and play away!

I'm still working on mine.....

Edit: March 15th is the deadline for completing your brackets

first prize is a dinner date with TresselOwnsCarr (Louis' restaurant where Michael Carleone had his "meeting" with Sollozzo. Be sure and check out the restroom) just kiddin' and making an offer you can't refuse.

Great idea Blue, I'm in! How much do you think it hurt when Silver Bullet had to type in the password???

That was the idea . None of the other OSU folks seem to be biting though, you'd think they'd be more excited about this since they're actually IN the tournament. Maybe they secretly know they're not going far and don't want to record it.

I've got 'em losing the first game. By 30.

It hurt, but my pain was eased when I didn't see Um anywhere on the brackets!! Are we just playing for bragging rights? The winner should get something.

You got me there! Although...I'm enjoying the Not Invited Tournament very much!

I feel you. I remember years OSU didn't even get invited to the NIT. It could be worse.

I'm open to suggestions. Seems like we have decent participation, 9 people and counting. Let's see how many more sign up. Registration and final brackets are due tomorrow one hour before the first game.

I think a thread should be opened in the winners name and all participants must bow down in writing to the Champion of Bracketology!

Alright, lets make it poetry shall we? Every losing participant must write a 4-line poem glorifying the Winner, with the first two lines being:

"Roses are Red,
Violets are Blue..."

I like that idea. Maybe we could have a haiku option too.

Maybe we could have a haiku option too.

three pointers fly true,
far past Oden's large square head,
as the buckeye cries.

(purchases of my haiku poetry can be bought in the lobby after each game)

No! Dude I was kidding. Sh!t. I'm going back right now and putting them down for all the way. Are those parties you other members have really as fabulous as I've heard? Put in a good word with MM for me.

I actually don't have them past the 'Eight in all three of my brackets. I just don't think they're lucky enough. They'll hit someone on fire and go down.

Collectively, we aren't that good at predicting.

I'm sitting tied for third and I already have two losses for the Elite Eight.

Congratulations to Jimmers who's ranked in the 97th percentile.

I was away and could not sign up for the board bracket. I did however do the obligatory office bracket. I have my final four as: Florida, Kansas, Georgetown and A&M. I have Kansas beating G'Town in the final. I found it hard to believe that Texas got smoked by 20+ to USC. After all the flak the committee got looks like they actually knew what they were doing. UNLV did not look like a 7 seed in the first two rounds. As good as Memphis looked they still cannot shoot FTs, eventually it will catch up to them.

Ditto. Who in their right mind would have thought Texas and Wisconsin would have lost this early, they're killing me.

Jimmers has OSU losing in the next round, so if his success so far is any indication ...

Hey, hey, hey. Wait a minute. I ran the scenario generator and if my picks are correct the rest of the way through I'll win by a landslide! You poor bastards don't stand a chance!

I had Wisconsin losing in the second round to UNLV, Wisconsin was the weakest #2 seed in a very long time. They struggled down the stretch scoring points and to be honest, they padded their record playing in a down Big 10.

Alright, this has to be my worst bracket ever!!! These 1-point games are killing me!

If Georgetown knocks off North Carolina on Sunday, then Michagain will have succesfully picked every game correctly in the East Region. I've never seen a perfect region before. Congrats M'gain.

Although I am third right now, I still have my entire final four left and I have an outside shot of winning this thing. It figures the first time I do reasonably well on one of these things there isn't any money on the line.

Man, talk about a nose dive. I applaud Jimmers on 3/18 for being in the 97th percentile and in one weekend he drops down to the 37th percentile. Yikes!

I hearby applaud the rest of you for your excellent forecasting of the brackets.

hopefully this seals things up for me

MF - remind me to never have you applaud me for anything. I don't want to end up like Jimmers floating in the East River. You said you went to Miami (Ohio). Great school actually, you always seemed smarter than a OSU grad. When I was a freshmen, our frat. pledge class was sent down to Miami (Ohio) to "kidnap" a fellow frat. member from their fraternity. We had a name but not an address. Well, we "kidnapped" the right name, but it was an hour before we realized, it was the wrong guy. Yep, police and the whole bit but thank the diligent Ohio sheriffs office, no prosecution.
Can you imagine if we crossed state lines with our captive?

Hmmmm... I'm feeling a little underrated here. All that has to happen is UCLA wins it all (foregone conclusion) and you all can lick my furry beanbag. It's not gonna matter with OSUcks or 'Town. Ugly- a$$, girly-haired reject Noah is gonna get taken down.
