It looks like Troy Smith will get his first start this sunday. I believe they are playing the seahawks.
Just curious to know how you all feel Smith will do sunday and if you feel he has a promising career or not.
I've always said he has the potential even after the dreadful BCS championship game.

The way QB's in the NFl just come out and do well (Romo, Brady) when no one really expects, Troy just might be the latest.
I hope you had a great day shirc, and I wish you much enjoyment while watching Troy in his first start.

Billick is the Lloyd Carr of the NFL... his teams are almost always overrated... unless you count that one super bowl.

No one cares about Troy Smith or the Ravens... this is a Michigan board
Meanwhile, Tom Brady could break Manning's record this Sunday.

Funny how they have different forums though for things OTHER then Michigan. Way to step up & be a Michigan troll on your own board.
Go Troy!!

Don't really care what Troy does this week but maybe he can beat the Steelers in week 17 and help his (and my) lifelong team (the Browns) win the division.

I don't understand how some of you keep saying "who cares, this is a Michigan board". I posted this topic under the "big ten sports" board. Troy Smith played at Ohio State which is in the Big Ten, right?!?!?!?
Get over it, jerks. If you don't care, then don't read and post. No actually go ahead. I understand that some people can't comprehend most of what they read.
