They listed Cissoko as being from Mississippi (he's from MI though, right?) Cass Tech?

The State of Ohio has 5 recuits on the East Side...

OSU has 6 overall in the game...

Pennsylvania has 4 players in the game...

Illinois has 3... (goebel not in the game apparently)

MI has McGuffie from the West and Cissoko from the East, but those are the only 2 guys I know. UM could have others in there that I don't know about. Its interesting to see who's playing nonetheless.

Also, which recuits are left on the board still...Jenkins, Tate, Pryor...etc.

I can't even watch that game. The whole thing seems so campy. These guys haven't even done anything and their being treated like movie stars.

Recruit: (Reaching down and touching 5 baesball caps)"I've decided that I will be attending........

Recruit: (After touching ALL hats) " ______ University." (Recruit puts awkwardly small hat on head)

(Cue fight song for selected University)

(Family of recruit in background should open coats and jackets to reveal shirts of selected University. Also should put on their own hats.)

Gag!!

Nothing against tOSU, but when Ted Ginn Jr. picked Ohio State and put on the hat, his dad said "He just do what he do!" I started cracking up laughing and my brother called me and asked me if I heard what he just said. We both lost it Great way to display intelligence!!

I don't doubt it. It's embarrasing to watch. I almost feel bad for the kids because they all come across as huge douchebags.

I have to agree!! 18 year old movie stars. At least you do get to see them play and pick what university they plan on attending. That's the only bright spot. Some people don't get a chance to see these guys play until games like this...But we can definitely go without the parents talking and the 5 hats on the table. Just pick a school and go play ball!!

I would have some obscure school in the mix and put their hat on initially, let the cameras take a few photos and then say "psyche!"

Saturday January 5th

Also I was wondering is Terrele Pryor a lock to commit to OSU?

Its still up in the air...

He's visited OSU I know that, but PSU and WVU are hoping to get him. It looks like he's staying close to home...

OSU has 3 of the top 5 lineman in place for the 2008 class, that has to help...

Yeah OSU looks to have a great recruiting class so far I could see them competing for national championships for a long time

Matta also said he could play hoops as well. A few weeks ago (the week Ohio State was in Happy Valley) Matta, Tressel and a few other OSU coaches went to see Pryor play his high school game. He seems like a lock because his Mom has come out and said how nice Jim Tressel was. I think Ohio State being in the NC game with QB that only has one year left is a huge selling point as well. All one has to do is look at the red shirt kids who are not playing this year and the batch of stud offensive linemen on their way. Ohio State is going to be a real force for many years. Pryor could be the leader of that and on the cover of every magazine in the nation.

McGuffie...Cissoko (Who is definitely from Detroit). That's all I could find from our vc list.

That is sad, guys who play in this game are almost guaranteed to be all stars in college. Michigan needs more 5 star athletes and less 3 stars.

But that is probably hard to recruit a kid who is that good, that hasn't already committed to Michigan, without a coach.
