Will Ohio State get embarrassed again in the BCS title game? No way. Ohio State doesn't get embarrassed. This is the school that gave us Art Schlichter and Maurice Clarett, after all.

Look ..........The Big 10 is once again in posistion to prove to the masses that the Conference isn't a fraud as most think. There are Bowl match ups that can say alot in the end.
I would hope that the majority of the faithful of tOSU and UM would in fact be rooting well for the Conference as a whole. Heck I am pulling for UM over my wife's Gators, it might be wishful thinking but dammit we need to win these games. And we need to pull for each team to win thier respected Bowl game. Look at the bigger picture folks
That way we have ammo to throw right back at the masses telling them all to shut the heck up. SEC, PAC-10, BIG 12 .........shut up
Man o man...................

Do people always post two line topics that ask the same question that's been asked in 5 other threads. It clogs up the site and keeps people from reading real info.
Unless you have something interesting to add don't post another thread, because you're too lazy to look up the other ones.

Both Bucks got it right here, for a change. It is important for OSU to win the game, because they represent now something greater than just their own school. The Big Ten needs a champion and needs it right now. It pains me to think that I am now riding the coat tails of the buckeyes, but it is for the greater good. There may be some loss of recruits locally, in Ohio and Michigan, if OSU wins the NC. But this will be offset by gain of recruits nationwide for UM. UM does most of its recruiting nationwide anyway.
Having said that, I think the deck is stacked against the Buckeyes. They are playing a superior opponent (depending on injury status) practically on their home field. That opponent faced an orders of magnitude harder schedule, and played a tough game more recently. The Buckeyes come in with a glaring weakness in the passing game on offense and lack of size on the defensive line.
Hopefully, OSU defense will come out playing like gang busters, showing equal speed to the LSU offense. This might let the OSU running game get going. But if OSU comes out and gets down early, it is all over and the fat ***** is singing!

We have to execute what Coach Tressel preaches. Field position, win turnover battle, control the line of scrimmage. All that good stuff.

If we beat Florida Im rooting for LSU and OSU to tie each other and then spontaneously combust. Thats for you Les! If we lose Im going for LSU so I do not have to listen to OSU fans talk trash for the next year.
