found this article on rivals so thought id pass it along

Pryor is now reportedly considering the Buckeyes, Wolverines and Florida Gators as his college destination. The winner gets the 6-foot-6, 235-pound burner from Jeannette, Pa. and potentially a whole lot more. Pryor has built relationships with several of Ohio State's current commitments and could, in theory, change some of their paths from Columbus to Ann Arbor.

Somewhere Bo and Woody are about to start throwing blows.

Michigan would provide Pryor with all the ingredients he seeks to show his wares a huge stadium filled with rabid fans and colossal national TV exposure in an offense that suits him to a "T."

I read somewhere that Tony Clemons is his cousin.

im just wondering what osu recruits has pryor built relationships with, it would be interesting to know exactly who they are talking about

He is friends with a couple of the 5 star offensive linemen coming to Ohio State. The Buckeyes have landed several of the top rated O linemen in the nation. That is bound to make any QB very happy.

It's looking more and more like he's coming to Michigan what i don't understand though is if he came wouldnt he have to sit on the bench for three seasons unless we redshirt him but I highly doubt he would want to be redshirted. Also the article says Michigan's locked up a top quarter back for 2017 little Rhett rodriguez.

that would all depend on what richrod does about mallett, and if he wants to stay or transfer, or if mallett stays and michigan lands pryor maybe they split time, like tebow/leak did and the current qb's at lsu

Yeah but do you really think Pryor is going to want to split time for three years? I don't think so when he can be playing a lot sooner at Florida or Ohio State

Pryor is not going to go anywhere that has him sharing time. He is coming somewhere to be a star like Vick and Young.

who knows, but what if rich rod didnt leave wva, and pat white stayed, and pryor committed to wva, then what? sounds like the kid is really high on rich rod

Do you guys think he would red shirt for Rodriguez?

He has already said that he wouldn't mind learning the system for a year or so. I think it was a scout article i read but i'm not exactly sure when and where. So it seemed like he was pretty open to the idea of redshirting.

Thats great news if he is willing to red shirt

If Michigan lands pryor that might be one of the worst days in my life, knowing my beloved spartans won't win one for a long time. Luckily I'm thinking he's going to OSU. Much rather lose to them every year then Michigan.

On another note the Big ten has finally added a bye week to it's schedule.

Pryor is interested in playing basketball and football, I don't see an illustrious basketball career at Michigan. That, coupled with Mallet, make this dead-in-the-water. The good news is Mallet should be a great quarterback, and there's a real chance he won't end up at Ohio State, but I'd say he's still favored there.

RR won't let Mallet go any where, the kids got TOP talent and a awsome arm. I think he will bulid around that some how. Then fully implant his style. Just a guess though.

I don't see an illustrious basketball career at Michigan.

Thats hard to believe. You mean he probably doesn't want to be a part of a basketball program that has losses to Harvard and CMU and consistently qualifies for the NIT?

On a more serious note, as previously stated, he won't redshirt when he can play right away anywhere else in the nation. But it is fun to see the OSU fans really getting upset about this.

If RR steals the #1 recruit in the nation away from the Bucks it would be bigger than tressels guaranteed victory in his first year.

I still think Pryor is going to Florida. Felt that way before the RR hiring. He'll back up Tebow next year (no RS) and then be the starter in 2009 when Tebow wins his 2nd trophy and goes Pro.

He can play for a coach who consistently uses the spread and mobile QB.

Tressel is a conservative coach. Troy Smith was not his normal QB style. His team this year is more like what he prefers to lead --- run the ball, throw a bit, and play great D.

5 star O-lineman Micheal Brewster and Devon Pose a 5 star Athlete ( WR,DB,KR,etc) . Brewster has been his roomate in several football camps, Pose met him during his visit during the Mich ST. week.

He also struck a good relationship with Tedford awhile back, but I think that is to far away from home for him.

It will be interesting come Feb. folks...............

Remember, Amaker couldn't recruit for sh!t. He sucked @ Seton Hall and sucked at UM. Once Beilein starts getting some of his recruits on the court, you will see a turnaround and I think Pryor sees that as well. Hey Look, Beilein just got his first 3 star yesterday, things already are looking up.

I don't see any way Pryor plays basketball regardless of where he ends up if he's smart about his football career.

if um takes T Pryor i will be the first to say that this is a big loss for OSU or florida, but we will bounce back

He said he wants to try it in college.

And no matter who gets Pryor it doesn't guarantee NC's. Look at the last couple years. The best QB doesn't always make it to the NC (This year Tebow=CapitalOneBowl, Last Year=Russell/Quinn=SugarBowl)

all signs point to him going to UM, he is cousins with current wideout freshman Toney Clemons, RichRid told him first that he was leaving for the UM job, u know that was special for pryor, but bad thing is that pryor is rooming with one of the buckeyes OL committs (5* Michael Brewster), but then again pryor's high school coach once was an assistant for rodriguez, but these days u just never know and we prolly wont know until National Signing Day ( February 6)

It is likely that if Pryor committed to Michigan, he would have a kind of coat tail effect in bringing more 5 and 4 star recruits to Michigan, sort of like at Kansas State where a doormat of a program brought in Michael Beasley, and along came Bill Walker and some 4 stars, or Ohio State, who was somehow put on the map by Greg Oden, who brought Conley and Daquean Cook with him. If Pryor comes to Ann Arbor, you bet your *** he's going to bring some talent with him.

bound to make any QB HAPPY , YOUR ALMOST CORRECT WITH THAT . but only with a program that runs the same system he ran in high school, THAT WOULD BE THE NEW MICHIGAN PROGRAM. sorry osu faithful OUR NEW QB WILL BE GUESS WHO... YOUR SOON TO BE WORST NIGHTMARE.
