Damn - I'm disappointed that an Ohio team didn't choke in the finals again - this was 1 round too early, what happened?

The pressure of thinking about buckling in the World Series got to them and they buckled...

Boston pulled a "Florida" during the last three games and showed the Buckeye state who is better.

Beckett was awesome in game 5, kind of like Tim Tebow at the goal line vs. OSU. Then the O took over.

Typical Ohio choke job.

Speaking of Ohio choke jobs, has there been an NFL team more disapointing than the Bengals? They look sick awful. And yes, I know they have a lot of injuries but they just seem to give up (Sunday excluded). I can't remember a team doing less with so much talent.

I have mixed feelings about the Bengals...on one hand their achilles has been their defense and certainly the injuries have compounded that, but on the other hand even with Rudy hurt you'd think this team would jive better on offense.

I am a Steeler fan, so I follow this division especially closely, but the Bengals baffle me...I certainly expected more from them the past 3 seasons.

On the flip side...go Browns, they are looking better than expected.

Since we're spinnin' broken records...how many times in the 90's did Michigan beat tosu when they were undefeated? Choke job is right! If I'm a buckhole, I'd sure hope that doesn't happen again this year. Tressel may just want to go ahead and lose one now to avoid the embarrassment.

You seem to forget this fact...

"Michigan leads the overall series 57-40-6 and the conference series 45-40-4 (wikipedia)"

Wow...apples and oranges anyone? I'd say there's a big difference between getting assaulted while attending an away football game and trolling on a rival website. Ya think???

I actually don't hate Ohio at all...it was an off-the-cuff remark.

I think you're getting way too bent out of shape over joking message board banter. ;)

So, what your saying is the first 18 don't count? Typical tosu pick and choose what counts and what doesn't. Don't forget to discount the Cooper years too!

no i'm not saying they don't count i would much rather talk about my life time which includes the cooper years instead of talking about my great great great great grandfathers life time....

that would be like saying alabama is the best team in the sec cause they have won the most games ever in the sec...

That may be... but they still can't say "Most wins and highest winning percentage in NCAA Division I-A football history."
